nothing beats grandma's chicken salad!

this salad is perfect anytime... it always seems to hit the spot!

Chicken breasts, boiled and diced (I usually use 3-4)
Celery
Pecans
Grapes
1 Can crushed pineapple, drained
Mayonnaise
Salt and Pepper

Chop and dice chicken, celery, pecans, grape and pineapple, adding as much as you like of each. (I like lots!) Slowly add mayonnaise until you get the consistency you want. Then, salt and pepper to taste. Best if refrigerated prior to serving! (Just give it a good mix because the mayo tends to settle in the bottom after being in the fridge!)
