here in turkey they call it "shepard's salad"... it consists simply of:
chopped tomatoes & cucumbers, basil, and just a bit of olive oil.
delicious!

i LOVE salads like that. my favorite growing up was cucumbers and tomatoes with vinnegar and pepper. de-licious.
This was our first year to plant a veggie garden- We have cucumbers and tomatoes running out of our ears!!! I will for sure try this salad! Yummy- Thanks!
