three...

that's the number of staples it took to close the gash in gavin's head yesterday. he was jumping from the couch to the chair, & missed, catching the corner of the end table with the back of his head. it bleed like crazy, but most head wounds do. lucky for us, we made it to the urgent care right before it closed, avoiding the ER (thank heavens)!

so sorry about your sons head, ouch. So glad you didn't have to go to the emergency room. Love the frame ideas, Ikea always has some great ideas they share with everyone. Thanks for passing it on!

Hope he heals up fast, that sounds like what one of my younger brothers did but it was the front of his head that he hit and needed stitches for!

Oh, those naughty boys. Thinking they can fly. I know he'll be fine - how are you holding up? Just think what a great story that'll make someday...

Staples are great because they don't have to shave that precious hair off their cute head! Trauma like that is so disturbing for the mom, don't you think? I'm glad you didn't have to go to the ER! Hope your little guy is feeling well soon.

Sounds like Gavin will be ok. How did the parents do? (it is usually more traumatic for the mom and dad)
