my mountain.

lately i've been feeling a little out of control, perhaps i've over extended myself? too many projects, too little time? (does this really surprise anyone?) it's almost 2 pm... the kids are wearing nothing but diapers, i'm far from dressed (although i have showered!), i haven't cooked in well over a week & the house is an absolute disaster!

in the midst of all this, dr. seuss has managed to motivate & inspire me, if just by the teensy-tiniest bit...

today is your day! your mountain is waiting. so... get on your way.

i guess i better get moving. my mountain is waiting & i want to make sure i'm well prepared for THIS. so enjoy the pictures documenting the other mountains i've climbed, or at least taken a train to the top of! find out more about them HERE & HERE. now go tackle your own mountain!

personally, i don't know how you are doing it...you do have so much going...your children, husband, house, church calling, your work, your sewing, excercising, just thinking about it all is exhausting...but, if anyone can do it....you can...

Those mountains are amazing! thanks for the links I liked learning more about them. Go climb your mountain! Oh and I love Dr. Seuss! "My bed is warm, my pillow deep, today's the day I'm going to sleep!"

Climb that mountain, girl! You can do it! Love the Dr. Seuss reference.

Also, appreciated your scrapbooking confession over at Crystal's house.

We'll see about the calling, Im nervous and the girl they called to be the assistant is older than me! So I feel a little weird about it all, but I'm so excited. As for my house...it's not really even decorated yet! But I'll post some pics anyway so be lookin'! See you next week!

no wonder I'm so messed up: I have mountains all around me (being from Switzerland, and all...).

keep going, I hope you have a wonderful show. Wish I were there to witness it all.

Good luck with it all. And hey, so the kids are in diapers...little kids like to be half-nekkid!
This might inspire you...I have nominated you for a "You Make Me Smile" blog award. I posted about it today (Sunday).
