no bed needed.

at least not for owen,
not during nap time that is. at bed time we're okay. generally he will sleep the night in his crib, no problem. but nap time is a whole different story. during the day, owen does not like his room. he doesn't want to play in there & he definitely doesn't want to nap in there. he'll sleep just about anywhere else... his car seat, the stroller, my bathroom floor, his jumper. but put him in his crib & he'll just cry. what gives?

He's an action man who doesn't want to miss anything. I know a little guy like that. He fell asleep standing up. He was rolling his matchbox car on one of the chairs and his head just drooped onto his arm and there he stayed for about 10 minutes without falling over.

That is so funny. I've seen some kids fall asleep on their plate at the kitchen table too. My kids were ones who would only sleep in their beds. which is problematic when driving to Utah and said children refuse to sleep in their car seats.

cute little guy. He just must realize that his room is for sleeping at night when he is alone. Or maybe he needs it pitch black like at night. My friends baby needed that. Maybe put up some room blackening things on the windows. Worth a try.

Oh! This is SO FUNNY! I have a bunch of pics of my 4-yr old in funny sleeping places & you've inspired me to compile them! This little cutie just can't slow down. Made my day.

How sweet. I love that his hand is still gripping a toy. Didn't go without a fight. I also got Make yesterday. THANKS SO MUCH!

My kids are like Bridgets...love their beds but never ones to fall asleep on planes, in strollers or carseats. I was stuck home a lot!

I'm the same way. I'm blogging at 2:20 in the morning because I can't fall asleep in my bed. But wherever I am tomorrow, I will definitely want to lay my head down and take a nap.

He is adorable. I don't know why kids are funny like that. I'm just glad he will sleep at night time in there.

That is the cutest picture. I remember when my boys used to fall asleep like that. Too funny.

Chelsea is totally the same way. She falls asleep on the floor all the time. It's very funny. The worst is when she's laying right at her bedroom door & I have to knock her awake so I can get in.
