yep we really have a phone in the bathroom. i've learned from my mother... have phones in every room, that way you don't have to walk to far. but in my defense, this is our master bath, & we've actually unplugged the phone in our room because the boys keep picking it up, so it's actually our bedroom phone.

That is just the cutest. I love that how toddlers can be on your last nerve and then do something like that. It reminds me how all the rest is totally worth it. Thanks for the chuckle this morning and the reminder that our kids are precious.

Do you really want to pick up the phone when you're in the bathroom?!

What's the big deal with the phone, look how cute the boy is people. BTW, I have the very same phone plugged in in my bathroom, too. Convenient. The phone only rings when I'm blowing by hair or brushing my teeth. just makes sense to me.

wow! who knew a simple picture could garner so much attention! just to answer some questions...
kerry: he is using a toy razor & shaving cream he got from a grandma for christmas. it's perfect, he sees his dad shaving all the time. he knows that this is HIS, & he is never to touch his dad (which is stored out of his reach anyway.)
for anonymous: thanks for your concern, but you don't have to worry. that sink doesn't even work, so there is no fear of it bumping into the water at any time.
katie: i know it might seem funny, a phone in the bathroom. but you'd be surprised how often we use it. our bathroom & bedroom are really more like one big room instead of seperate ones - so we use it for our bedroom phone... plus its cordless, so it travels well. i also use our tub and shower for bathing the kids most of the time, just because it's bigger. so, i might use it when they are in the tub, or the phone rings and i'm blow drying my hair. it's actually convenient.
