actually, to tell you the truth, it's really not that hard & i'm definitely having some fun with it. after having four flat tires in one month, i finally decided maybe it was time to bite the bullet & invest in some new wheels. so two weeks ago i did just that. one week later, i come home from fabulously relaxing & well deserved trip, only to find one of my tires flat again. ay carumba! we haven't quite had time to make it over to the tire shop yet, so i've been chauffeuring the kids around on my bike. i'm actually loving it! it kinda makes running errands, and going to the grocery store - fun. although, i do arrive a little bit sweatier & more disheveled looking than usual. so far, nobody's made any comments yet, about me stinking too much... hopefully if i just load up on the deodorant i'll be good. maybe this will have to become a regular thing! i'm always looking for little ways i can "do my part".

That is a good way to get some exercise in. Except here in LV...it's way too hot.
If I lived closer to town I might do something like that. It's 12 miles though so not going to ride my bike!
I love it! Riding bikes is the best. I made Skyler ride bikes to church last Sunday and I really enjoyed it. He, on the other hand, was a sweaty mess when we got there.
Sometimes things like that make us change the way we "typically" do things, and in this case, it's for the better! Think of the muscle tone you will exude!
I bet the kids LOVE it too! :)
you should totally ride your bike or walk for errands within a two mile radius (or more!), so good job! and I'm sure your kids loved it.
Good for you! I wish I lived closer to the store because I just might try it, too. Of course I'd have to get the "granny" seat on the bike - you know the one that's 2 feet wide! There's nothing worse than a bike seat up your rear!
What a fun way to commute with the kiddos! I would love to have one of those here except it's way too hilly and hot!!
Way to go for you! I love it. I too wish that I had a bike but right now the money situation is a little too tight to just "run" out and buy two bikes... but I totally wish I could!
Good for you!! I am always telling my hubby I need a bike so I can do just that! I am glad you are having a good time!
4 falts in a month! OUCH! That is annoying- we still have our spare on the car from when our tire went flat- at least a month and a half ago now.....yes, we should probably bite the bullet as well and buy the dang tire!
