yep! yep! you read that right... 3 ingredient pumpkin cookies.i told you this was going to be easy. all you need is: 1 boxed spice cake
mix, 1 (15-ounce) can of solid pack pumpkin (NOT pumpkin pie filling)
& 1 (12 ounce) package semi-sweet chocolate or milk chocolate chips.
now hold onto your horses, this next part gets tricky...
see, i told you. the easiest cookies EVER!perfect for a little pre-thanksgiving celebration, don't you think?
p.s. want to make 'em fancy? use white chocolate chips instead.

i make these every year too! so easy and tasty. Also, if you leave out the chocolate chips, I think they are like 1 WW point for those who collect points. Thats how I found out about these, from my mom who was doing WW one year a long time ago.

I just made these with carrot cake mix (I think the store had a run on spice cake mix) and they are FAB! It's like a mini cake. I made them pretty big so they took longer to cook -- but were worth the wait. Thanks for posting this!
