baby it's cold outside...

want some soup to keep you warm? Try this EASY recipe!

Taco Soup
1 can (15-oz.) pinto beans, undrained
1 can (15-oz. black beans, undrained
2 cans corn, undrained
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes (mild or regular), undrained
1 can diced tomatoes
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing mix
1 c. grated cheese (optional)
1 bag tortilla chips (optional)
1 med. avocado (optional)
sour cream (optional)

Brown ground beef and chopped onions, draining off any excess fat. Add the onion, diced tomatoes, pinto beans, black beans, corn, Ro-Tel tomatoes, taco seasoning, and Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing mix. Simmer 30 minutes. Ladle into bowls and serve with grated cheese, tortilla chips, sour cream and avocados on top.
