My aunt marty is the organization queen! she has taught me that everything has a place and everything can be both decorative & beautiful... I often wish I could be more like her. As a general rule, I think I'm pretty organized. But I have one or two, shall we say "junk drawers". Who doesn't? One of these particular drawers houses all of my jewelry. Anyway, to make what could be a long story short... I came across THIS cute project idea on Leslie's blog a while back. This weekend I finally made it. A couple of frames, a little scrap fabric, some fun knobs & there you have it! A fun, new way to store my jewels... beautiful organization.

SUPER CUTE!
What a cute idea ... and those would look so neat hanging up! Thanks for sharing the idea ... and I like your carmel brownies recipe, I might have to try it!
I'm in the process of coming up with some jewelry organization myself. Love this idea though.
You constantly amaze me with your darling crafty side! Those are SO cute.
arnt you a clever little bee...
I'm so flattered to be mentioned in organization conversation! Thanks!
Ooh! I love these! How cute and simple! Thanks for sharing!
What a cute idea!
I need to definately organize all my jewelry...
sad... as a jewelry designer you'd think I would have it organized.
I'll have to make some!
They turned out great! I love the idea.
Holy Moly, that is exactly what I didn't know I needed to go over my new vanity!! Thanks for posting this lovely idea. One question though, how did you screw the knobs in. OOHH!! An excuse to buy fun knobs from Anthro!! Be still my crafty heart!
to be honest, i totally cheated. i covered the thick cardboard piece that came with the frame with fabric, punched a hole and screwed the knobs in. i wanted to make sure i liked it. my next step is to get a thin piece of plywood cut to fit the frames, then i would just drill a hole the size of the screw on the knob.s
oh my gosh!! Love this... now I need to make these to display some jewels!!
