dessert, midnight snack & breakfast...

I made this last night, and haven't been able to stop eating it!

Chocolate Whipped Cream Cake
1 pint whipping cream
1/2 cup sugar
1-2 tablespoons cocoa
1/2 tablespoon vanilla

whip it up & use to frost an angel food cake. then for the show stopper - top it all off with skor pieces.

or, do as i did... tear the angel food up into chunks. Then mix the whipping cream, cake chunks and skor pieces all together in a big bowl.

Refrigerate prior to serving.

still drooling over this. but i tried on a bridesmaid dress that i'm supposed to FIT INTO in two weeks, and so no whipped cream and chocolate concoctions for me for a while!

you mentioned that you have a cheapo version of photoshop - is it the GIMP? that's free, and so much fun... that's where i did my temporary header.

i LOVE your header. did you do it yourself?
