i often do dumb things. whenever i do, i just blame it on being blonde. the latest? we were getting ready to go to disneyland (by the way, i've discovered that disneyland on a holiday is awesome! this summer we went on both memorial & labor day and the park was practically empty. i don't know why... maybe it was the heat, or everyone was scared of the holiday crowds, but walked on every ride!) anyway, back to my story... the kids were strapped in the car when i remembered that the tires on the stroller were a little low on air. so we got it out, pumped up the tires & got on our way. halfway to disneyland we realized we forgot to put the stroller BACK in the car. so we had to flip around and pick it up. seriously, i must have the shortest attention span. how did i forget the stroller i had just been working on?

sadly but truly, i can totally relate. sometimes my husband will give me a look like, "um, did you really say/do/think that?"
yes, i am blonde too.
Good thing it didn't get stolen!
I don't blame hair color. I blame the brain cells shooting out with the babies at birth. All that gunk? Brain cells!
i, too, can relate... unfortunately! i'm blonde, too, but agree with rochelle. i think it has more to do with motherhood. too many things going on in my head at one time, some things just slip by!
hmmm, that sounds like something I would do!
I went to disneyland on christmas once and it was a dream come true.
I don't think it's being blonde.. I think it's called Motherhood.. there are just so many people and things to think of at once. You are just normal. :)
we all have those blonde moments...even if we pay to be blonde!
i loved rochelle's comments...you know..they say as you get older you get things like alzheimers...it's really that as your kids get older you lose more and more of those brain cells as they drive you crazier and crazier...it's all your fault as the first daughter..
I do silly things too, and I'm a brunette!
I agree with the other ladies, being a mom makes us just a bit nutty and severely distracted.
Hey, we were there too, sweating up a storm! But the crowds, or lack thereof, couldn't have been better! *B
