look into my eyes...

so can you see it? not the zit on my forehead that my bangs are covering, but my new eyeliner tattoo! this is me totally and completely au natural. now that the swelling has gone down, i'm loving it. the line is so fine, you hardly notice it. yet my eyes just sort of pop, with no effort at all on my part! i just wake up looking beautiful, sort of. go ahead, click on the picture, take a closer look at my baby blues (although you wouldn't know since the picture is black and white!) so now what do you think?

It looks soooo good! You don't even need mascara! Did it hurt??

Oh, wow, that looks really beautiful!

It looks great and it IS subtle. I have only known one other person who did that and hers looked like it was drawn on with a thick crayon. Didn't look so good. Yours seemed to turn out perfect.

it looks great, kelly! you've totally got me thinking . . .
see i thought it would be more of an "eyeliner" look, but that worries me because styles change, you know?
but it looks like it thickens your eyelashes and just defines your eye, and that's much more doable.

love it!!

I love how natural it looks. Your eyes are defined perfectly yet I wouldn't think obvious eyeliner. The pain was your gain!

seriously girls... this is hands down on of my best decisions. the girl who did it was awesome. she's in utah, but if any one is interested, i'll give you her contact info. i was really worried about it being too thick and noticeable. i hardly ever wear eyeliner normally. she did a wonderful job. and i promise it didn't hurt. she puts a numbing cream on my eye lids... so it just felt similar to plucking eye brows. my eyes did look like i had been crying for a couple of days, but it wasn't that big of a deal. go for it!

You look amazing! I can't believe how subtle it looks. I just might have to do it sometime...if I can get up enough nerve. Painful?

That's super cool. It would look freaky weird on a red head with blonde eyelashes, but it looks great on you.

I'm not jealous or anything...

I would be so nervous my eyes would be fluttering as fast as a hummingbird's wings. I'd have to be knocked out! I can't believe it really dosen't hurt. Did you take a pic w/ your eyes swollen? How bad did they get? Took a week to heal? Looks Great!! Several other people I know have done it but I can't remember who it was! uRGH.

So that is really tempting because if I could take one step out of the tediousness of getting ready I think I would! I'm going to ask you a bunch of questions:
1-Does she look at your eyeshape and determine the type of line? I've only ever done liner in the corners because all around makes my eyes smaller I think
2-How much?
3-Contact info?
4-Is is black or does she do a color?

Thanks Kelly!

I live in Utah. Can you tell me the place and name of the person who did it? I've thought about it before, but I'm such a chicken. I'd love to have lasik done too, but everything with eyes gives me the willies.

How did you decide on who you would go to for this? I've thought about getting my eyebrows done but don't know whether a tattoo salon or beauty salon would be best.
