i finally made it to the 5:30 am spin class. broken water pipe & all... & it was totally worth it. i can't wait to go back on friday.

I admire you. I attended one spin class. It was way too advanced for me. I had to leave about 10 minutes into it for fear of throwing up on the person next to me. When I got off the bike, my leg gave out, and I ended up pulling a muscle. I have been to scared to go back.

Kudos to you! I would never make it through a class. They'd have to haul me out on a gurney. ;0)
