you know how i thought my most quilt was done? well, i guess gavin didn't agree. he found a pair of scissors ( & when i say "found" i mean he climbed up onto the counter & got them off the top shelf in the cupboard where i was hiding them) & cut the binding. i guess he didn't love it as much as i thought he would. so now i have a bit of repair work to do.

ouch.
Oh no!! Good luck repairing it.
Oh my. I can't see the picture, but that's probably for the best. :)
I will let you know how the "Sew What Skirts" book goes...
Eek! So sorry!
oh my goodness! Gotta love those little boys!
aaahhhh- I would cry! You seem to be handling it well, though.
Bummer...my daughter did a similar thing once but she cut through a ball of yarn and not the blanket I was working on, luckily.
Also, you should definitely give crochet a try, it is quick and super fun. Thanks for the compliments on mine, but you should know I just learned about 2 months ago. So find somebody who knows how to crochet and have them teach you! You won't regret it.
well, all you can say is that he watches you doing it and wants to try it out himself...he's just trying out his creativity...and you just get to try out your patience...good luck with both...
Ahhhhhhhhh! Hopefully it was cut on a piece that needed to look better anyway!
Oh I hope it can be fixed, it is adorable. Boys will be boys huh.
Oh that sucks! Those boys will keep you busy!
Oh dearie me! Good luck fixing it! Gotta love them boys... *B
I would totally be crying. I hope you handled the situation better than I think I would have. Good luck with the fix up.
Oh no! What a heart ache. I hope it's repairable.
