rich & decadent double fudge hot chocolate. served with just a touch (okay, maybe a double scoop) of peppermint ice cream.... the ultimate late night snack on a cold november evening. the only thing that could make it any better? a couple of candy cane joe joe's on the side. better wipe my mouth, i'm drooling.

Looks delicious, but I may have to go with mint chocolate chip. :)
we've done it with just about every flavor of ice cream. & it's always delicious. my personal favorites are plain old vanilla, mint 'n chip & peppermint.
Wow that looks good... Thanks for stopping by my blog. It's nice to meet you. I'm going to have to go buy some of that ice cream.
You have a cute blog.
Hey! We made those last night as our FHE treat. We used homemade oreo mint ice cream and Gadiva Hot Cocoa. Delish!
YUM!!! I love peppermint ice cream. I am going to have to try this!!
There should be a warning at the top of this post to pregnant gals with gestational diabetes. I think I'm going into a coma. That treat looks like the best thing I have EVER seen. For a mint/chocolate addict, this is like a narcotic. A friend brought a sack of those cookies to church on Sunday and my husband and I polished off the package before church was out. We were quiet, but I think people could smell the peppermint wafting up seven pews.
At this moment I love you as much as I love anyone!
Yummy! I'm drooling too!
