mmm... tastes like candy!

Well, it doesn't exactly taste like candy as Jeff said, but it's pretty good. So, I thought I'd share my recipe for Honey Mustard Chicken. It's quick, easy, and you probably have everything on hand!

Honey Mustard Chicken
boneless, skinless chicken breast
1/3 cup melted butter
1/3 cup honey
2 tablespoons mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt

Mix butter, honey, mustard & salt and pour over chicken.
Bake at 350 degrees for about an hour.

Hope you like it too!

So how did the coke roast turn out?

It was really good. A little sweet, but not too much. And it was even better the next day, all shredded up.

P.S. Thank you for your very sweet words...I feel the same way about you. It's great to have a peek into your life and be able to get to know you!
